1. Use of Services

By using Art Media Philippines, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Our Services

We provide digital solutions such as:

  • Website design and development
  • 3D Modeling / Architecture
  • Graphic and digital design

Project details, pricing, and timelines will be agreed upon before work starts.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate content and materials on time
  • Ensure they own or have permission to use all provided content
  • Review and approve work within the agreed timeframe

Delays in feedback or materials may affect delivery schedules.

4. Payments

  • Payments must be made as agreed
  • A down payment may be required before work begins
  • Final files or website access will be released after full payment
  • Payments are non-refundable once work has started

5. Revisions

Reasonable revisions are included as agreed. Extra changes outside the original scope may result in additional fees.

6. Ownership

Once full payment is received, the client owns the final approved work.
We may display completed projects in our portfolio unless otherwise requested.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for losses, data issues, or downtime caused by third-party services or factors beyond our control. Liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.

8. Termination

We may pause or stop services if payments are not made or if these terms are violated. Work completed up to that point will be billed.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services means acceptance of the updated terms.
